THE INVITATION
Join Amber Ryan for five immersive days on the lush Pacific coast of Costa Rica, devoted to the experience of becoming sourced — returning to the inner wellspring that feeds presence, creativity, and clear action in daily life.
Through movement meditation, conscious dance, yoga nidra, and periods of seated stillness, we listen for the intelligence already alive within the body.
Rather than striving toward a better self, we practice sensing what supports life from within and allowing that to guide how we move, relate, and respond.
Together we explore dance as a language of communication with ourselves and the world around us, and come closer to the felt experience of source itself: the quiet, steady vitality that lives beneath effort and organizes life from the inside out.

Where jungle meets ocean and the sun sets into the water each evening, this immersion invites you into a sustained field of practice and rest.
Join us for a week oriented toward resourcing: clearing accumulated tension, restoring nervous system capacity, and cultivating a grounded connection to what genuinely nourishes you.

Your stay includes 5 nights in your choice of room, all meals with our private chef, and two practice sessions per day with Amber, including movement/dance, meditation and nidra, and other onsite activities, including transport down to the beach.
Not included : Flights + Transportation from Airport to Villa
Optional extras : body work with Chela, spa treatments, surfing lessons, other excursions, etc.
